We return herewith a copy of Sales Contract duly countersigned by us.

It is desired that the catalogues shall be airmailed to us within one week.

The date of delivery is approaching, but no news has come from you about the shipment to date.

]Much to our regret,we can not accept your claim because your cover does not include breakage.

The amount shall be reinstated after each negotiation only upon receipt of Issuing Bank’s notice stating that the credit is renewed.

The  goods  must be  shipped before  June,  otherwise we won’t be in time for the selling season.

The amounts paid under this credit are again available to you automatically until the total of the payments reaches US＄100,000.

Your communication of October 27 addressed to our Head Office has been passed on to us for attention and reply, as the products you require fall within the scope of our business activities.

We shall be very glad to place our order with you if your quotation is competitive and delivery date acceptable.
